The Stan Tracey Trio featuring "the Godfather Of British Jazz', bassist Andrew Cleyndert and drummer Clark Tracey has won the Best Small Group category at the British Jazz Awards 2007 held at "The Sands" in Gainsborough. Featuring Clark Tracey and Andrew Cleyndert the present trio have now worked together for over ten years.

The Stan Tracey Trio have no less than three critically aclaimed recordings on Trio Records spanning the last decade. All are recorded under similar circumstances in front of a live audience giving a unique picture of the evolution of the group. The latest release Stan Tracey Trio "For All We Know" TR574 continues the high standard of the previous two albums.
